Get Up Ugly is sold through Paddle.com, our payment processor and merchant of record. This means Paddle handles the transaction itself, and any refund request, on our behalf. Paddle's name, not ours, will appear on your card or bank statement.
You have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.
To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use their Order Support team, or reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you after your purchase. Paddle processes all refund requests directly.

Once a refund is processed, access to the ebook and companion workbook download links is removed. Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
